    • That’s a good question, and one that wasn’t discussed at-length during this meeting as they were focused more on strategic aspects of the annexation process. A big part of the discussion focused on the economic incentive programs they are considering creating in Mount Rainier. At the meeting, these were primarily framed as ways to offset or phase-in costs associated with annexation, but any business in Mount Rainier could make use of these incentives once created, now or forever after any proposed annexation.
