Another project, Branchville Crossing, by Cruz Development, will be submitting a Detailed Site Plan for an 80 unit low income/work force housing 7-story building proposed for a site immediately north of the Branchville Fire Company. Cruz looks to file with Planning in July with construction to commence in spring 2020.

    Bohler Engineering recently notified the City of a coming DSP (DSP-19025) for a mixed use project involving student housing for the 8430 & 8510 Baltimore Avenue properties (Burger King).
